This all began with a few jars and a whole lot of “why not?”—and somehow, it turned into a full-blown adventure: canning homemade jams late at night, experimenting with new recipes, and showing up to markets with hopeful nerves and a table full of handmade goods. We don’t aim to be perfect—we aim to be meaningful. Every jam, dip mix, bread loaf, and bookish extra is crafted with care, packed by hand, and made with the same heart as that very first batch. Made with a whole lotta love in the heart of Springfield Nebraska.

Hi, I’m Lindsay—the hands, heart, and sometimes flour-dusted brain behind Golden Rose Homestead.
I started this business from a love of preserving both food and memories. What began as a few jars of jam at the Gretna farmers market has grown into a beloved brand known for award winning, homemade jams, jellies, savory dip mixes and specialty bread mixes.
I focus on handmade quality and comforting flavors, and I’ve been lucky to build a loyal following across Nebraska markets and beyond.
