We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Golden Rose Homestead. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.
Refunds
Non-Perishable Items: If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable item, we will issue a refund or exchange once the item is returned to us in its original condition.
Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable items. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders for perishable items cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
